Refunds 

We’re so excited for you to try our gummies and join us in supporting endangered species! If you receive your first order and decide it’s not for you or it is damaged or you have a specific concern please send an email to hello@shopgummies.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will happily refund your first order.

Can I cancel my order? 
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to hello@shopgummies.com ASAP so we can try to do that for you. Please note if the order is already in the postal system, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
